MILLER ARCHITECTS & BUILDERS COMPLETES Maher Funeral Home BUILD

Maher Funeral 18

This is their first funeral home building and they wanted something to set apart from other buildings. The spacious lobby and new stone entry wall accomplished this.

Phillip has been serving the community for twenty-three years with the same respect and compassion he learned from his late mentor Andrew J. McGann Sr.

After twenty-three years of proudly serving our community at the Andrew J. McGann & Son Funeral Home on South Pulaski, the time arrived to go a different way and return to a family and community-based, local funeral service. By leaving corporate America and starting this small business, we are better able to carry on Andy McGann’s traditions and treat each family with undivided and sincere attention, as dear friends and neighbors in our community, and as an extension of our own family.

Repurposed existing library to a funeral home. 12,252 sf. Exterior stone wall entry. Beautiful lobby with stone fireplace and built-in book shelves. Large chapel that divides into two with operable wall. Two spacious lounges with kitchenettes. Prep room with staging area. Efficiency apartment with bedroom and kitchenette.
