Rogers Senior Living & Senior Center

Duffy Development is hoping to re-energize the downtown area with this new development and to prompt more retail commercial development as well as possibly more residential housing in the future.

This project will be a 3-story senior living building with 40 units offering studio, one and two bedroom options and will be above a main level parking garage with commercial space and a senior center.  The Senior Center will include a large gathering room, library and conference room.
