A brand new apartment complex in Alexandria, Minnesota, Central Lakes brings the best apartment living can offer. With studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedroom rooms available, as well as trendy open floor plans, this apartment construction project is bound to be the new gem of the area. Additional highlights include a playground and a community patio. Miller Architects & Builders is proud to have provided construction project management for this build.
2nd Avenue
Situated in Long Prairie, Minnesota, 2nd Avenue Apartments were created with a future thriving community in mind. Spacious living quarters and in-unit washer and dryers make for the ultimate in convenience, and a variety of community spaces—like a grilling area and playground—make this a great place to settle down and find where you belong. Miller provided construction project management for this build.
Pond View Heights
Mankato gained a new luxury living space with the addition of Pond View Heights-Phase V! Granite countertops combined with a balcony or patio make coming home feel like stepping into the high life. The lounge area features a big-screen TV, and heated parking combined with a fitness room make this the place to rent. Our hospitality construction company provided commercial construction management to make this build a reality.
Encore
More formally known as “Encore on the Park,” this aptly named luxury apartment construction is one we just can’t get enough of. A business center and yoga room on the second floor make this the perfect place for the on-the-go professional, and a sports court and dog park provide recreational opportunities for family members both two-and-four legged. We worked as a construction management company for this high-end apartment complex.
Fairfield
With its gorgeous lobby fireplace and luxurious breakfast room, Fairfield by Marriott Inn and Suites is a Duluth project that we at Miller were proud to work on. Its heated pool can provide year-round swimming opportunities, and its built-in business room makes it an ideal spot for company retreats. With 82 rooms and at 42,000 square feet big, this is one substantial space that you won’t want to miss during your next trip up North.
