COLD SPRING, MN – Construction has officially started on River of Life Phase IV in Cold Spring, Minnesota.
River of Life began in 1993 with a small prayer group of six people and grew to the congregation that you see today. Currently, River of Life is running out of available space to host everyone effectively and is at capacity at certain times during the week. Today the fourth phase creates a space for worship services with the potential of being a multi-purpose room to be able to host banquets and other activities and gives them the space to continue their ministries.
Phase IV is the last phase in this multi-phase project and includes a 22,870 square foot addition and existing space renovation. The addition features a new 750-seat sanctuary with tiered seating that can be converted to a dining layout, a new coffee house and lounge, a new adult small group lounge, additional meeting rooms, a serving kitchen, a green room, and restrooms. Renovations to existing spaces include converting the existing sanctuary to a children’s worship space.
Miller has provided architectural design and construction services for all four phases. Completion is scheduled for Spring of 2023.
