Barrett Care Center Addition & Renovation

The new 5,360 square foot addition and renovations to the existing facility consisted of six new private rooms with private bathrooms, new bathrooms were added to eight existing private rooms, expansion of the existing day room with new exterior patio, expansion of existing therapy room, two new offices and lobby/entrance area, new nourishment area in existing dining room, new parking and drop-off lane. The renovation also included re-roofing an existing portion of their current building and demolishing an existing fireplace in the dining room to open up the space for residents.
