Stearns Financial took over a vacated 1,728 square foot tenant suite to add a lounge and recreation area with kitchenette for their employees. They also added an additional 400 square feet to the storage and coat room on the first floor, as-well-as renovating the 208 square foot first floor restroom to code compliance and new furnishes and fixtures.
