The owners purchased an existing warehouse which is half cold storage that they needed to turn into an office and warehouse. The 4,000 square foot existing facility was reconfigured to have a 1,106 square foot office and 2,894 square foot warehouse. Miller provided architectural and construction services.

  • Reconfigured existing restroom to comply with ADA
  • New heaters, HVAC, exhaust system in warehouse
  • Warehouse completely insulated, added new metal liner panel on ceilings and walls.
