The first floor includes a spacious entry with seating area, future tenant spaces, and Preferred Credit’s first floor lobby, call center, lunch room, and an elegant radius stairway with curved glass guardrail and overhead skylight that is the focal point of the interior space. The second floor features a glass wall that spans the length of the building and divides additional call space from executive offices and boardroom. Other features include electronic building access control, a building automation control system, and snowmelt system for entry sidewalks. The new office building also has a 21,279 square foot underground parking garage for forty.
