Care Cremation Center has offered human cremation services in Romeoville, IL, since 2012. Now, ten years later, they have built a new state-of-the-art cremation facility serving Romeoville and the surrounding area with the help of Miller Architects & Builders.

The new 10,800 square feet building features a light-filled spacious lobby with large windows, a comfortable waiting area, an urn merchandising area, and an open-concept coffee bar. The facility also includes an arrangement room, two private offices, a work office, a control room, Garden Chapel room designed to accommodate small to medium-sized family gatherings for services and memorials with access to an outdoor patio and a future scattering garden that will open later this year, a public viewing room with two options for witnessing cremation in the beautifully painted Mountain View or Forest View rooms, staff and public restrooms, a large open warehouse area that accommodates three cremation machines, processors, three climate-controlled coolers and equipment with room for expansion. Overhead doors allow access for drop-off in a secured private area.

Included in this new facility, Care Cremation is now offering pet cremation services. Within Care Cremation’s lobby is access to a beautiful pet office designed for those families looking specifically for pet cremation. The separate office features a waiting area, pet urn display wall, a private restroom, an arrangement area, a Rainbow Bridge witness and viewing chapel, along with a private pet drop-off entrance and crematory.
