Miller Architects & Builders Breaks Ground on Colonial Manor

COLD SPRING, MN – Construction has officially started on Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Lakefield, Minnesota. Miller Architects & Builders recently broke ground on Colonial Manor addition. Colonial Manor was approved by the State of Minnesota for a Moratorium Exception in 2021, clearing the way to begin their new addition and renovation. The project consists of a 5,220 square foot addition that will provide for five new private rooms with bathrooms, seven new private bathrooms in existing private rooms, a new dining room, a new day room, a new day lounge area, a new administrative wing, and a new drive-under canopy for drop-off and pick-up. The existing facility will get new finishes throughout, a new mechanical system, new lighting, a new roof, and a revised parking lot. Miller Architects & Builders Breaks Ground on River of Life Phase IV

COLD SPRING, MN – Construction has officially started on River of Life Phase IV in Cold Spring, Minnesota. River of Life began in 1993 with a small prayer group of six people and grew to the congregation that you see today. Currently, River of Life is running out of available space to host everyone effectively and is at capacity at certain times during the week. Today the fourth phase creates a space for worship services with the potential of being a multi-purpose room to be able to host banquets and other activities and gives them the space to continue their ministries. Phase IV is the last phase in this multi-phase project and includes a 22,870 square foot addition and existing space renovation.
