DULUTH, MN – Miller has completed an interior/exterior renovation along with a 2,570-squarefoot pool addition to Days Inn & Suites located at Cottonwood Avenue in Duluth, MN.
The 31,000-square-foot existing two-story hotel required a complete interior and exterior renovation. The results, all-new, converted exterior and beautifully decorated interior including a new lobby and check-in area, new breakfast area and prep kitchen, 78-units renovated, an existing whirlpool was removed, and the area was converted into a fitness room. The 2,570- square-foot pool addition features a pool, whirlpool, and party room. The exterior of the building has all new multi-colored vertical and horizontal metal siding with cultured stone accents. The hotel remained in business during the renovations.
