Dan Miller

Dan Miller, CEO

Dan grew up working in his family’s business: Miller Construction. His first job was a field carpenter in the agricultural and commercial divisions. Later, he used his finance and management degree to help Miller develop and lease properties. He also began building and nurturing construction relationships in the company’s commercial division. In 1990, Dan purchased the construction and architectural portion of Miller. Today, Dan’s priority is continuing the company’s mission of creating relationships focused on integrity, value and trust.

Joe Seifert, President

Joe leads our professional Miller team with his 33 years of varied construction industry experience. He offers valuable knowledge about everything from architectural design, mechanical engineering design and drafting to construction project management and company management. With enthusiasm, creativity and hard work, Joe instills a system to provide you with an efficient and pleasant construction experience.

Dave TeBrake, Executive Vice President

Dave is passionate about turning client dreams for facilities into reality. He has helped develop successful building projects for 26 years. He serves the worship, funeral home, and senior health care divisions, and oversees daily sales and marketing efforts. Dave considers his profession of building facilities “lifestyle” dedicated to client and community service.

Craig has a strong educational and professional background leading and administering financial policies, accounting practices, maintenance of fiscal records and preparation of financial reports within the construction and insurance industries.

Stuart Bailey

With 34 years of experience, Stuart brings knowledge and enthusiasm to every project. Well-versed in commercial, retail, health care, worship, and industrial building projects, Stuart takes pride in providing excellent service to our clients, and buildings which are functional, attractive, and cost-effective.

Chris Hogan

Chris Hogan AIA, LEED AP, Architect

Chris coordinates all aspects of design from start to finish, and actively participates in all meetings. His design, leadership, and technical skills play an important role in the success of Miller Architects & Builders. Chris has been involved in various commercial, industrial, office, medical, retail, and multi-family facilities throughout his career. Chris is also a LEED Accredited Professional and enjoys environmentally sympathetic design.

Brady

Brady Hickcox AIA, Director of Business Development

Through his 12 years of experience in construction, architecture education and practice, Brady has gained a broad range of knowledge that adds to his perspective as an architect. He enjoys the process of working with the client to help them achieve their goals through design and building, from the beginning of the process all the way through the final move-in day. Most importantly, achieving those goals with clarity and an eye for aesthetic. He believes it is the design professional’s responsibility to the client to help them function at the highest level possible through design of the built environment and careful insight into one’s true needs. Brady has worked on a wide variety of project types while at Miller Architects & Builders including: education, healthcare, worship, funeral homes, hotels, municipal, retail and commercial.

Steve

Steve Hage, Development Consultant

As Development Consultant for Miller Architects and Builders Steve is uniquely qualified to come alongside clients and provide experienced guidance through all phases of a construction project.  With the client’s vision for a project as the foundation Steve will keep the project team grounded resulting in great design delivered at a fair value on time.  With forty years of experience as both an owner and contractor Steve has been responsible for the negotiated construction of over 25,000,000 square feet of retail, office, industrial, hospitality and multi-family projects across the United States of America.
